The Goddard School located in Darien and the seventeen other Chicagoland Goddard Schools (http://goddardschool.com) collected over 43,0000 books to be distributed by Bernie’s Book Bank (http://www.berniesbookbank.org/) to help increase Book Ownership among at-risk infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school age children in the greater Chicago area. The Darien Goddard School collected 4400 books! Additionally, the eighteen Chicagoland Goddard Schools will be donating $10,000 to Bernie’s Book Bank.
