WOODRIDGE, IL -- Harz Construction is seeking an administrative assistant for its Woodridge office. This administrative assistant position involves:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (not all-inclusive):

● Uses database to enter customers’ selections and pricing

● Schedule appointments with customers

● Works with vendors to get price quotes and keeping selections current

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required with at least one year of relevant work experience
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access or other database software
  • Strong math aptitude
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Familiarity with home interior products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
