Impersonating Police Officer and Possession of Controlled Substance in Woodridge

A man was charged with impersonating a peace officer and a woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance in separate arrests.

WOODRIDGE, IL – A man was charged with impersonating a peace officer and a woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance by Woodridge Police last Sunday. The following information was provided by the Woodridge Police Department.

Woodridge Police Department reported that Richard Carnaggio, 57 of the 100 block of North Illinois Avenue in Villa Park was charged with impersonating a peace officer in Woodridge shortly after 8 a.m. on April 9.

Later that day, at around 8:30 p.m. Woodridge Police investigated a report of a suspicious person. They then arrested Kourtney Walker, 29 of the 300 block of Bedford Road in Bolingbrook and charged her with possession of a controlled substance.
