Come hear the music of the British Isles performed Thursday July 17th, 7:30 pm by the Lisle Community Band! Music of Ireland, Scotland and more will be featured. A highlight will be selections from the English groups The Rolling Stones and the Beatles. The outdoor concert is free. Guests are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket for comfortable seating. Refreshments will be sold by the Faith United Methodist Church of Lisle. A raffle also will be held.
The concert location is Lisle Community Park, 1825 Short Street. In case of inclement weather the concert will move to the Lisle Senior High School Auditorium, 1800 Short Street.
