Executive Director

The Hinsdale Historical Society seeks an individual who is energetic and creative to serve as its Executive Director. This position requires an understanding of museum operations as well as fund development. HHS a non-profit organization that maintains three structures located throughout Hinsdale, Historical Museum, Immanuel Hall and Zook Home and Studio.

The Executive Director manages the day to day operations of the HHS, guides innovation and strategic planning, manages the annual budget, sets professional standards, coordinates facility usage and marketing, administers the overall care and preservation of the structures, supervises staff and volunteers, and plays a key role in fundraising and institutional advancement.
