Man Sues Father's Former Business Partner over Downers Grove Commercial Building
The lawsuit alleges the former business partner breached a contract and fiduciary duty.

A man is suing over claims that his deceased father’s former business partner ignored an agreement and refused to purchase his late father’s interest in a commercial building at 2360 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove.
Timothy J. Millar filed a lawsuit in Cook County against Donald J. Craig and NEDGO Partnership, according to the Cook County Record.
Millar claims in the suit that Craig breached a contract and breached fiduciary duty. He alleges Craig didn’t tell him about an initial appraisal of the building.
