Mary Kasprzycki Honored as the Village of Woodridge’s Outstanding
The Finance Assistant has been with the Woodridge Park District since 1994.
December 6, 2017 – Mary Kasprzycki’s caring demeanor and dedication to the Woodridge Park District and community are just a couple of reasons why she was awarded the Outstanding Employee of the Year award.
Mary joined the Park District in 1994 as a Public Relations Coordinator and was promoted to the Finance Assistant two years later, which is the position she currently holds.
Mary consistently volunteers for the District’s special events including, but not limited to, the Jubilee, Indian Summer Festival and Haunted Forest Walk, as well as the Woodridge Rotary’s Mini Triathlon. Mary also was a member of the Woodridge Lions Club from 2009-2013 and participated as a Lions Club volunteer in addition to her service as an official member.

Kasprzycki received her award at the Village of Woodridge's Community Recognition dinner on December 5th and was joined by Mike Adams, Executive Director; Don Ritter, Superintendent of Recreation; and Fred Hohnke, Board President.
