Meet Nick, the New Woodridge Park District Athletic Supervisor

Meet Nick Bacarella, the new Athletic Supervisor for the Woodridge Park District! Nick got his start at the District as an intern in 2022 - and liked it so much he never left! After his internship he moved into an ARC Assistant Facility Manager role and now serves as Athletic Supervisor, bringing his lifelong love of sports and his Sport Management degree from Lewis University full circle. A Woodridge native, Nick enjoys creating great experiences for youth athletes and running leagues and tournaments across the District. When he’s not at the ARC, you’ll likely find him playing pickleball or cheering on a Michigan Wolverines, Chicago Bears, and Chicago Cubs game. Be sure to say hello when you see Nick at the ARC or out at the athletic fields!
