More Than $6K Taken in Bolingbrook Robbery
The FBI is asking anyone with information to come forward.

The FBI is looking for information about a man who robbed West Suburban Bank at 672 East Boughton Road in Bolingbrook.
According to Bandit Tracker Chicago, the robbery took place at 9:13 a.m. Aug. 17. The robber is described as a black male between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 170 pounds. He is believed to be 20 to 30 years old and was wearing a red floppy hat, light-colored pants and sunglasses.

No weapon was shown during the robbery, according to Bandit Tracker.
Bolingbrook Lt. Carter Larry told the Chicago Sun-Times that the man took $6,100 and no one was injured in the robbery. It’s reported that another person was helping the robber from outside the bank.
