O'Neill Students Earn Top Honors in Junior High Art Contest
Students from The Avery Coonley School were also recognized in the Downers Grove Junior Woman's Club art contest.

The Downers Grove Junior Womanβs Club honored several student artists through its annual Junior High Art Contest.
Five students from OβNeill Middle School and three Avery Coonley students earned recognition, according to a news release. The contest was open to all junior high students living within District 58 and District 66.

βOur students are incredibly talented and creative,β said OβNeill art teacher Elizabeth Lukes in a statement. βThey certainly deserve this recognition, and Iβm very proud of them!β
The club honored the recipients during a February ceremony. The winning artwork is on display at The Community Bank of Downers Grove.
