Plan Commission To Review Proposal For 60K Square Foot Industrial Building In Woodridge
Formal plans have not yet been submitted for the flex use industrial building, which would occupy part of Maple Point Business Park.
WOODRIDGE, IL — On Monday, the Woodridge Plan Commission will review a concept plan for a 60,000 square foot industrial flex building that would occupy part of Maple Point Business Park.
During Monday's meeting, plan commission members will review the concept and offer feedback. This is a preliminary meeting ahead of submissions of a formal site plan.
The property, which is located at the intersection of Lemont Road and Deerpath Lane, is currently zoned for office, research and light industrial use (ORI).

Other ORI buildings occupy the site and the property to its south. East of the site is zoned for single-family homes and lies in unincorporated DuPage County.
The proposed flex industrial building, presented by Contour Land Group, would include 20 drive-in doors, making 20 units that occupy 3,000 square foot apiece.

If the plan commission recommends the concept plan, it will next be reviewed by the Woodridge Village Board.
