Woodridge residents are invited to an open house July 29 to review updated preliminary floodplain maps, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

The open house will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. July 29 in Wheaton at the DuPage County Government Center, Jack T. Knuepfer Building, Auditorium, 421 County Farm Road, according to the City of Darien.

Representatives from the Illinois State Water Survey, FEMA and DuPage County will be at the open house to answer questions about the preliminary floodplain maps.
