Reserve a Woodridge Park for Your Spring, Summer or Fall Celebration

Registration is open for Woodridge Park District residents to reserve park shelters for the April-October season - perfect for family celebrations, reunions, company picnics, and more. Non-resident reservations begin Monday, February 16. The District offers three scenic shelters available by permit at Castaldo Park, Echo Point Park, and 83rd Street Park, each providing a covered pavilion and beautiful park views.
HOW TO RESERVE
Reservations are accepted in person only and are processed first-come, first-served. Where to go:

- ARC Registration Desk, 8201 S. Janes Ave | M–F: 9 AM–6 PM; Sa: 9 AM–12 PM
- Fred C. Hohnke Community Center Registration Desk, 2600 Center Dr. | M-F: 9 AM–4 PM
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU RESERVE
- Reservations can only be taken in person and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Maximum of 2 park shelter rentals per family are allowed each calendar year.
- Rentals are full-day rentals which begin at 9 AM and end at dusk.
- Permittees who paid for electricity must pick up a key for the electric box prior to the rental date and during scheduled registration hours at the ARC.
- Electronic amplified sound, including bands and DJs, or public address instruments are prohibited.
- Permits are required for alcohol use.
- Inflatables and tents 12’x12’ or smaller are allowed with the proper Certification of Insurance.
- Rentals will proceed rain or shine; however, refunds due to inclement weather may be considered due to prolonged periods of rain that occur during the day of a scheduled permit that impacts use of the picnic shelter rental.
