Shanahan’s Food & Spirits Celebrates 25 Years in Business!

Established in December 1999, Shanahan’s Food & Spirits started its journey in Woodridge under the name of Corner Clubhouse Bar & Grill. “As a family business, we were drawn to Woodridge for being a community based upon family values, small business and service to others,” says Rich Moore, owner.

Shanahan’s began as a small diner/pub in the corner of a strip mall and over the years has grown to be a destination of great food, spectacular live music, all while being an anchor of service to the community of Woodridge and other great philanthropic causes. Here’s who we are today and we’re still growing: Our menu is fresh and affordable. $10 Half-Pound Angus Cheeseburgers & Fries every Monday. Every day, we offer hand-battered Irish Fish & Chips, our Famous Broasted Chicken, homemade soup, chili, onion rings, potato skins, fresh-cut fries and more! To top it off, we offer Catering and Private Party services!

Our entertainment is truly the Best in the ‘Burbs! Shanahan’s is a live music destination and
offers live entertainment 4 nights a week (Wednesday-Saturday at 7pm). We have other special music events on Mondays and Sundays. We feature renowned musicians that grace us with their talent, including members of The Cryin’ Shames, The Buckinghams and more! Our service to others is what makes Shanahan’s extra special. We are honored to be the home and meeting place of VFW Post 1578 and the Woodridge Rotary Club. We have also served the community in so many fundraisers including the Neighbors Helping Neighbors and the American Red Cross which was dedicated to helping those in need from the devastation of the EF3 Tornado in Woodridge in 2021, Veterans of Foreign Wars, NAMI, Rockin’ the Cause, Almost Home Kids, St. Jude and so many more!
