St. Scholastica VBall Wins Championship

The sixth-grade boys volleyball team from St. Scholastica took first in the DuPage Parochial Volleyball Association post-season tournament.

The sixth grade boys volleyball team at St. Scholastica are tournament champions. 

The Crusaders had a conference-topping 9-1 season, playing in the DuPage Parochial Volleyball Association. 

At the conference tournament Nov. 13, the team won a semi-final match-up with St. Pius. The Crusaders topped St. John the Baptist for the championship title in two matches, 25-22 and 25-19.

“This is such a great group of boys, who worked so hard all season, and they never let up," said Kerry Mooney, head coach. "They truly deserved the championship. I was so proud of everyone on the team.”
