BuckleDown Brewing and Standard Market Naperville Pair Craft Beer for $5 and Cave-Aged Cheese and Beer for $20 for Their Mini-Tap Takeover!

BuckleDown Brewing and Standard Market combine the local flavors of craft beer and cave-aged cheese for their mini-tap takeover on Monday, September 29. Beer flights and drafts from the Lyons, IL brewery can be paired with special BuckleDown spent grain crackers and Standard Market’s finest cave-aged cheeses, which have been aged in-house in their humidity controlled aging room. In addition, hearty housemade BuckleDown beer bangers served with a bean ragu will be available.

BuckleDown selections will include:
• Mirth (Belgian-Style Singel)- Bright, fruity, and refreshing with a distinct but subtle Belgian yeast character in subtle whispers
• Painted Turtle (Extra Pale Ale)- This intense, aromatic yet sessionable beer is brewed with all Michigan-grown Cascade and Chinook hops from Hop Head Farms
• Stompbox (American Imperial Stout) a BIG American Imperial Stout that is roasty but balanced with ample Simcoe character
