WESTMONT, IL -- A Westmont teen has been accused of fondling a pregnant woman as she walked to work Wednesday afternoon. Keenan Fowlkes, 18, has been charged with a felony count of aggravated battery to a pregnant woman in connection with the incident.

The victim told police she was on her way to work in a strip mall near 63rd and Fairview around 1:15 p.m. when Fowlkes approached her and said, "I haven't seen you in the area; you're pretty." The woman reportedly told Fowlkes that she was pregnant and he allegedly said, "I can help you with your kid" and began rubbing her stomach.

Fowlkes then allegedly grabbed the victim's wrist as she attempted to flee. Police say he then rubbed her thigh and genitals. Once the woman was able to break free, she called Westmont police, who later found Fowlkes at a nearby restaurant.
