The Village Cellar has the Original Wine School!
This week's class is Old World vs New World
Wines...We will meet you at the door with a glass of sparkling wine followed by
five 2oz wine pours paired exquisitely with locally produced artisan cheeses
and a handmade organic chocolate truffle. This class is led by a
sommelier who guides you through wine tasting and compares and contrasts old
world to new world wines. Don't be fooled by imitation wine
schools! Our previous students have said this class has just enough
instruction and plenty of time to socialize and ask questions!
