Village of Downers Grove Seeks Public Works Maintenance Worker

The Village of Downers Grove is seeking applicants for a maintenance worker position in the Public Works Department.

Starting wages are $41,827 per year, increasing to $59,753 after six years, with benefits, according to the village.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Must be available to work weekend and evening hours as required.

The person in this position will use hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment to repair and maintain roads, water mains, storm sewers, traffic control facilities, grounds, buildings and equipment.
