Instant Brands Helps West Suburban Community Pantry Ahead Of Holidays
Instant Brands, which makes Pyrex, Instant Pot and other products, recently donated thousands of food storage items to the local pantry.

WOODRIDGE, IL — As we head into the holiday season, West Suburban Community Pantry (WSCP) is getting some help from its partnership with Instant Brands, the company behind Pyrex, Instant Pot and other household products.
Instant Brands recently provided WSCP with 4,500 Snapware storage containers to provide to residents dealing with food insecurity throughout the area.
“As a growing number of people find themselves in need of food assistance, many for the first time, we are committed to helping local food pantries answer the call,” Instant Brands President and CEO Ben Gadbois said in a statement about the partnership.

He continued, “We are all connected in some way, and we are inspired by West Suburban Community Pantry’s efforts to address food insecurity, year-round.”

The more recent donation came ahead of WSCP's 2022 Harvest Week, which kicked off Nov. 3 and runs through Nov. 10. The annual food drive push works to provide meals for residents in need during the holiday season.
Suzanna Armato, CEO of West Suburban Pantry, added, “We are grateful for Instant Brands’ continued partnership and their out-of-the-box solutions to help us serve families in new ways. With the donation of Snapware products, we’re also equipping families with a tangible way to make their groceries stretch further—a gift that extends well beyond the holidays."
On Nov. 5, WSCP held a toy and food drive on Water Street in Naperville, another way it is working to give back to the community this holiday season. Click the link to learn how to donate funds, food or other items to WSCP.
