Woodridge Police Reports: Box Truck Theft, Car Burglary, Property Damage
The Woodridge Police Department reported crimes and arrests through June 26.

A theft occurred sometime between 5 and 5:45 p.m. on June 19 from the Woodridge Public Library, 3 Plaza Drive. Someone removed a bicycle from the bike rack in the parking lot.
A motor vehicle theft occurred at approximately 12:19 p.m. June 20 from the Home Depot, 7200 Woodward Ave. Someone removed a white box truck that had been parked in the parking lot.

At approximately 10:40 a.m. June 21, Jonathan Clayton, age 21 of the 800 block of Maple Avenue, Lisle, was charged with criminal damage to property and battery following the investigation of an incident in Castaldo Park, 3024 71st St.
At approximately 10:35 p.m. June 22, Christopher Katsis, age 23 of Sheffield Lane, Oak Brook, was charged with possession of cannabis, no valid insurance and no valid registration following a traffic stop at Woodward Avenue and Egerton Court.

A burglary from motor vehicle occurred sometime between 3 and 3:45 p.m. on June 21 in the 2500 block of Waterbury Drive. Someone entered a parked vehicle and removed a purse.
At approximately 8:06 p.m. June 23, Ashli King, age 19 of Fernwood Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with resisting a peace officer, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the life of a child and failure to secure a child under 8 in a proper child restraint system following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Waterbury Drive.
At approximately 12:07 a.m. June 24, Jessie Parente, age 23 of the 100 block of Bowman Court, Bolingbrook, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 8600 block of Woodward Avenue.
At approximately 12:30 p.m. June 24, Jose Palomares Guzman, age 53 of the 400 block of S. Peck, La Grange, was charged with retail theft after removing items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.
A criminal damage to vehicle occurred sometime between 3:30 and 5:30 a.m. June 25 in the 2600 block of Internationale Parkway. Someone flattened all four tires of a parked vehicle.
