Woodridge Police Reports: Car Damage, Theft, DUI

The Woodridge Police Department reported crimes and arrests through Aug. 14.

A theft of unattended property occurred at approximately 9 p.m. Aug. 7 at Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street. An employee reported that her cell phone and credit cards were stolen from a table in the break room.

At approximately 12:56 a.m. Aug. 9, Kimberly Sullivan, age 46 of the 2700 block of Zurich Lane, Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop, Woodridge Drive at Zurich Lane.

A criminal damage to vehicles occurred sometime between Aug. 8 at 10 p.m. and Aug. 9 at 11 a.m. in the 2000 block of Country Club Drive. Someone damaged the exterior passenger sides and broke the mirrors off five parked vehicles.

A theft occurred sometime between 8:45 and 9 p.m. Aug. 9 in the 7600 block of Larchwood Lane. Someone removed a bicycle from the yard of a residence.

A theft of unattended property occurred sometime between 11:30 p.m. Aug 8 and 2 a.m. Aug. 9 at Hollywood Boulevard, 1001 75th Street. Someone removed a shoulder bag containing clothing, car keys and other miscellaneous items.

A criminal damage to vehicle occurred sometime between 6:00pm on Aug. 9 and 6 a.m. Aug. 10 in the 2600 block of Forest Drive. Someone slashed the tires of a parked vehicle.

At approximately 2:21 p.m. Aug. 11, Jason Aiken, age 50 of the 400 block of North Phelps, Mansfield, Missouri, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 8200 block of Janes Avenue.

A criminal damage to vehicle occurred sometime between 3:30 and 8:52 p.m. Aug. 12 in the 2900 block of 76th Street. Someone cracked the driver’s side of the windshield of a parked vehicle.
