Woodridge Police Reports: Child Endangerment, Burglary, Theft
The Woodridge Police Department reported crimes and arrests through June 5.

At approximately 3:15 p.m. May 31, Jennifer Kurz, age 34 of the 400 block of N. Kenilworth, Glen Ellyn, was charged with child endangerment, child neglect and possession of drug paraphernalia following the investigation of a parked vehicle in the 1000 block of 75th Street.
A burglary from motor vehicle occurred sometime between 7:45 and 8 p.m. May 31 in the 8000 block of Woodward Avenue. Someone entered a parked vehicle and removed an iPad and a child safety seat.

At approximately 7:04 p.m. June 2, Kimberly Mansfield, age 57 of the 300 block of South Cass Avenue, Westmont, was charged with retail theft after removing miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.
At approximately 1 p.m. on June 3, Asmitaben Patel, age 32 of the 8200 block of Paddington, Woodridge, was charged with retail theft after removing miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.

A theft occurred sometime between 12:01 a.m. June 1 and 3 p.m. June 3 in the 3200 block of Justamere Drive. Someone removed an air conditioning unit from a vacant home under construction.
