Woodridge Police Reports: Retail Theft, Gas Theft, Property Damage

The Woodridge Police Department reported crimes and arrests through July 10

At approximately 4:24 p.m. July 5, Kiara Mitchell, age 20 of the 600 block of S. Cass Avenue, Westmont, was charged with retail theft and Alexia Kousnets, age 20 of the 800 block of S. Adams Street, Westmont, was charged with criminal trespass and retail theft after removing miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.

A theft of gas occurred at approximately 5:37 p.m. July 4 at Thornton’s, 2401 63rd St. Someone pumped $67.62 worth of gas and left without paying.

At approximately 12:56 a.m. July 5, Ronald Ross, age 50 of the 7700 block of Woodward Avenue, Woodridge, was charged with assault following an incident in the 7700 block of Woodward Avenue.

At approximately 1:18 a.m. July 5, Allen Warren, age 26 of the 300 block of Hadleigh Road, Bolingbrook, was charged with aggravated battery, criminal trespass to a vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle following the investigation of an incident in the 7300 block of Woodward Avenue.

A theft of gas occurred at approximately 2:33 p.m. July 5 at Thornton’s, 2401 63rd Street. Someone pumped $42.26 worth of gas and left without paying.

A criminal damage to property occurred sometime between 4 and 5 p.m. July 7 in the 7200 block of Woodward Avenue. Someone shattered the exterior window of an apartment.

At approximately 1:10 p.m. July 8, Egle Patamsyte, age 50 of the 900 block of State Street, Lemont, was charged with retail theft after removing miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.

A criminal damage to property occurred at approximately 2:22 p.m. July 8 in the 2400 block of Spring Street. Someone shot out a window of an apartment with a BB gun.

At approximately 1:13 p.m. July 9, Ashley Gory, age 28 of 75th Street, Woodridge, was charged with retail theft after removing items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.
