Press release from Woodridge Public Library:
August 5, 2020
John Cebula will visit us virtually from the DuPage Birding Club, one of the largest and most active birding groups in Illinois. Interested in learning more about birding in DuPage County? John will discuss a variety of topics, including why you should take up birding, where and when to go, equipment you’ll need, what you should expect to see, and how you can attract birds. Around two dozen birds that DuPage County residents can expect to see in the next few months will be covered. John is a birding expert who has lived in the area for over 50 years, speaks regularly about birding throughout the county, and has led bird walks through the College of DuPage’s natural areas.
