What your neighbors are talking about on social media

• Hi all, we have, and I've never even heard of this before, mold in our a/c - heat floor vents.
  It appears to definitely not be dirt as it is fuzzy black, white colored. Any recommendations on who I could call to look into this and resolve it… (Nextdoor Serenity Creek)
