13 Juveniles Busted for Underage Drinking: Yorkville Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Police took a report of a car that was spray painted in the parking lot of a business in the 1800 block of Marketview Drive.

April 9

Maxwell Lahey and Jordan Rangel, both 19 and both of the 0-100 block of Roulock Rd. in Montgomery, were charged with criminal damage to property. Police say they broke a rear windshield on a vehicle.

Police are investigating two criminal damage to property incidents that occurred in the 2400 block of Fairfax Way. Resident reported that their vehicles were damaged. Another property damage incident was reported in the 600 block of Windett Ridge. That resident said a tire on his vehicle was damaged.

Police arrested 13 juveniles for unlawful consumption of alcohol after receiving a report of an underage drinking party in the 1000 block of John St. The juveniles were released to their parents.
