The regional roundup also highlights Oswego East's dominant flag football win over Joliet Central and Sandwich boys soccer's learning experience against Harvard, giving local fans a quick look at how nearby teams are shaping up.
• Four-bedroom home sells for $431,000 in Yorkville (shawlocal.com) — A newly built four-bedroom home on Berrywood Lane in Yorkville just sold for $431,000, highlighting strong prices in this growing neighborhood. Several nearby houses on Seeley Street and Berrywood Lane also recently sold in the low-to-mid $400,000s, offering residents a snapshot of current values and trends in Yorkville's single-family market.
