YORKVILLE, IL — Three more victims have been identified in Yorkville police's ongoing investigation into the owner of Martini Banquet Hall accused of copying images from surveillance footage showing girls undressing at the event space in 2023, officials said Friday.
Eleno Silva, 57, faces six counts of child pornography and three counts of child sexual abuse material after investigators found images on Silva's phone depicting underage girls, Patch reported. Officials say the four victims were changing in a designated area during multiple events hosted by the business, 171 Saravanos Drive.
According to Yorkville police, Montgomery police found the images on Silva's phone during an unrelated investigation. Asked for additional information on the Montgomery investigation, police declined to comment.
