Area Students to Perform 'Beauty and the Beast Jr.'

The Spotlight Youth Theater, featuring actors ages 8- to 18-years-old, will perform "Beauty and the Beast Jr." Feb. 22- March 3 at Oswego East High School, 1525 Harvey Road.

The stage production is based on the Academy Award winning animated film and features a cast of over 100 area children, said Wendy Spencer, marketing director for Spotlight in Aurora.

"Beauty and the Beast Jr." features the songs made famous in both the film and Broadway version, including "Human Again" and "Be Our Guest."
