Armed Robbery Leads To 2 Arrests: Kendall Sheriff

Police said the pair robbed a 23-year-old woman at gunpoint.

YORKVILLE, IL — A man and a woman face multiple felonies in connection with a Nov. 30 armed robbery in unincorporated Bristol Township. Kendall County deputies responded to the 1400 block of North Bridge Street, where a 23-year-old woman said she had been robbed.

The victim said the robbery happened in the 100 block of West Rickard Drive in Bristol Township. Police said she suffered minor injuries in the incident and was treated and released at an area hospital.

Shortly after the robbery, 25-year-old Daniel Fitzpatrick of the 100 block of Rickard Drive was taken into custody in the incident. Police said Fitzpatrick was known to the victim.

He is charged with armed robbery, aggravated unlawful restraint, unlawful possession of a fiream by a felon and mob action, all felonies.

An ongoing investigation also resulted in the arrest of Samantha Fitzpatrick, 22, of the same address on Dec. 10. She is charged with two felonies, armed robbery and mob action.

The Fitzpatricks were both in custody at the Kendall County jail as of Dec. 11. Their bond is set at $200,000.
