Boyfriend Accused In Yorkville Sexual Assault, Kidnapping
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Jeffrey Heth of Leland.

YORKVILLE, IL — A warrant has been issued for a Leland man wanted in connection with a sexual assault and kidnapping earlier this year in Yorkville. The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said Jeffrey Heth, 35, of the 2000 block of 45th Road in Leland is wanted in connection with a Jan. 4 assault in the 70 block of Highview Road in Yorkville.
The victim told police she was held against her will and sexually assaulted by Heth, her boyfriend.
After a six-month investigation, Heth was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, three counts of criminal sexual assault, aggravated domestic battery and unlawful restraint.

A warrant for Heth's arrest was issued, with a $150,000 bond.
Heth was arrested in DeKalb County last month on drug charges after police say he had heroin and cocaine in his vehicle before being transported to LaSalle County on a $500,000 warrant, according to WSPY. He has not yet posted bond for his release in the LaSalle County charges.
