On the 3rd Day of Fitness My Trainer Gave to Me....
Do this "Crunch and Punch" to relieve some of that holiday stress!!

It may be time to burn off some stress so maybe my “Crunch and Punch” will do the trick :) Although…“Crunch and Punch” sounds a bit like a party!! Do both!

Start by lying down on your back. Your legs are bent, feet flat on the floor. Head should be resting on the mat, make an easy fist with your hands (even if you are completely stressed out-stop clenching your hands!)
Contract your core muscles and lift your head slightly off the mat as you punch your left fist over your right knee. Your core will twist as you punch. Now do it right over left without returning to the start position. Keep going!

Keep your abdominal muscles tight continue to alternate punches.
Do about 16 sets (a set is right and left). Drop your head back to the floor take a few deep breaths and try another set of 16.
Now…..didn’t that feel good??
Almost there-Christmas Eve is the day after tomorrow! I still have a little shopping left to do!! Not to mention some cooking and cleaning! Eeek!! I think I need more “Crunch and Punch”!!!
