The Price of Being A Champion

Hi everybody,

I thought this was worth sharing. I heard on the radio the U. S. team will get taxed for the medals they win. The amount you have to pay varies on the color of medal you win. Highest tax for gold, second highest tax for silver and lowest tax for bronze. I'm no mathematician or economist but shouldn't the government look for other ways to raise money rather than draining out the honor and pride it takes talented people to win medals? Someone says "I put all my blood, sweat and tears into my country's reputation and now I have to pay? That's ridiculous."
