🍫🔎 Death By Chocolate: A MURDER MYSTERY EVENT 🔎🍫

Sweet treats. Dark secrets. A killer hiding in plain sight.

I don't know about you, but I can think of few better ways to spend a Sunday afternoon than investigating a murder… especially when chocolate is involved! 🍫

The Friends of the Yorkville Public Library cordially invite you to an afternoon of mystery, suspense, and deliciously dark intrigue at DEATH BY CHOCOLATE, our next interactive murder mystery event!

Behind every charming smile lies a secret. Every suspicious glance could mean something. And someone knows more than they're letting on…

Ten suspects. Two witnesses. One mysterious murder. And YOU are the detective!

Forget sitting quietly in the audience watching someone else solve the crime. This time, YOU are part of the investigation! Over about 75 minutes, you'll have the opportunity to question all 10 suspects, listen carefully to their stories, examine their alibis, and gather clues from two witnesses with information to share. Although the witnesses aren't suspects, they may hold the clues you need to crack the case!

Will you uncover the inconsistencies? Spot the suspicious behavior? Connect the clues everyone else overlooks? Or will the killer manage to slip away undetected?

Bring your curiosity, sharpen your investigative instincts, and test your detective skills. Gather your friends, family, or fellow mystery enthusiasts, because this is one afternoon when asking too many questions is encouraged!
