Car Fire, DUI Drug Crash: Kendall County Police Reports

Recent incidents reported by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

April 24: Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Roulock Road in Oswego Township for a report of a residential burglary. The victim said someone entered his home and took a Sony PlayStation gaming controller and console valued at $360.

April 16: Deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash in the area of Galena and Little Rock Road. Police found that the driver, 19-year-old Christian C. Killen of Leland, Illinois, was under the influence of drugs and he was arrested and taken to the Kendall County jail, according to a police report. The passenger, 18-year-old Tyler R. Manzella, of Ottawa, was charged with possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and paraphernalia. Manzella was cited and released.

April 16: Deputies responded to a vehicle fire on Harvey Road south of Wolf Road early Monday morning. No one was injured and the fire remains under investigation.
