The Chakra Class is an ongoing class that will cover one of the seven chakras each week. Think of it as a journey to discovering more about yourself as we explore each chakra and ways to help clear, balance and harmonize it. There will be weekly take home assignments and a meditation in each class. This week will feature the root chakra.
