Corrections Sergeant Graduates Executive Development Program
Corrections Sergeant Jeanne Russo graduated from the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board Executive Institute.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL -- A Kendall County Sheriff's Office Correction Sergeant has graduated from the "acclaimed" Police Executive Role in the 21st Century. The program is run by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board Executive Institute.
The Police Executive course is a program designed to bolster the management and leadership skills of its students. It is a 200-hour program and focuses on professional development, modern police management systems, strategic approaches to patrol and investigations, human resource issues and more, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office press release.
Sergeant Russo is a 17-year veteran of the Kendall County Sheriff's Office. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Administration from Liberty University. She also is the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) coordinator for the sheriff's office.
