YORKVILLE, IL — For Father's Day, Patch is letting readers honor their dads with photos and tributes. The following message is to dad Jason of Yorkville from his wife, Jodi Merkel.
I would like to say happy Father's day to my wonderful husband Jason. He's a great father. He always listens to the girls talk about jobs and school and teaches them how to handle situations calmly. He still checks the oil under the hood and fixes things that end up broken. I don't know what we would do without him. He's definitely been our rock! I'm proud to have him as my husband.
