DIABETES: It's a Family Affair

University of Illinois Extension presents Diabetes: It's a Family Affair.  These sessions provide for individuals, family members and caregivers of those living with diabetes.  Guest speakers, relevant topics and diabetes friendly recipes will be provided.  The session will be on January 24th, February 28th, March 28th, April 25th, May 16th (3rd Friday), June 27th, and July 25th.  For more information and to sign up call Sandy 630-554-5602
