Domestic Battery, Theft: Kendall Sheriff Logs

Here's what the Kendall County Sheriff's Office got up to on Tuesday, Oct. 23.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff's Office released its daily incident report, outlining their activity on Tuesday, Oct. 23. There was one arrest and a few incident sparking investigations.

Domestic Battery/Battery - Montgomery

Deputies responded to the 100-200 block of Heathgate Road on a domestic battery report soon before 4 p.m. Police found out there was a second, separate battery, the report says. Derrek Evans, 27, of the same block, was arrested on both the domestic battery and battery charges. He was taken to Kendall County Jail without incident.

Theft - Oswego

Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of S. West Drive on a report of a theft soon before 7 p.m. Police are still investigating.

Domestic Battery - Montgomery

Deputies responded to the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Montgomery on a domestic violence report soon before 7:30 p.m. Police are still investigating.
