DRNA is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization with a mission of rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing needy dachshunds and mostly dachshund mixes. DRNA has placed over 9,000 rescued dachshunds and dachshund mixes in homes since its inception in 1999. The group funds veterinary care and other expenses for dachshunds facing homelessness in shelters or as strays, owner surrenders or puppy mill survivors.
