DUI, Retail Theft, Phone Harassment: Yorkville Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

June 15

Police are investigating a retail theft in the 100 block of Veterans Parkway. There are no suspects at this time.

June 19

Steve M. Roddan, 47, of the 800 block of Western Lane, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred at Northland Ln. south of Western Ln.

Jeffrey Smith, 33, of St. Charles, was picked up on an in-state failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 1500 block of N. Bridge St.

Yorkville police responded to a criminal damage to property incident in the 800 block of Parkside Lane. A pickup truck’s front windshield was damaged.

June 28

Yorkville police are investigating a report of telephone harassment in the 500 block of Redbud Dr.
