New York Times best-selling author, Denise Swanson to speak at the Yorkville Public Library

Come meet and listen to local area author, Denise Swanson give a presentation on her experiences getting her New York Times best-selling romantic mystery series, "Scumble River Mysteries" published. Learn about her research into developing the characters in her books and how to polish a manuscript.  Along the way there will be humorous anecdotes based on her personal experiences.  Denise writes from her personal experiences as a school psychologist and small town resident. Her plots are inspired by incidents that occurred in her own life.  Her books have been nominated for many different awards.
