CENTURY OF BRIDES SOUVENIR CALENDARS AVAILABLE ON JULY 4^{TH - $10 ea.}

The Chapel on the Green Historical Society is excited to announce that the first printing of their “Something Borrowed, Something Blue – A Century of Brides” 2013 Souvenir Calendars will be available for sale at the Quilt Show and Ice Cream Social on July 4^th at the Chapel on the Green. The cost of the calendar is $10 each with all proceeds  supporting the Chapel on the Green.

The pages of this souvenir calendar are filled with photos from the event and, in particular, feature the original brides and dresses that were included in the fashion show, the lovely young ladies that  that modeled them, and details and bits of history about the brides and the decades that they represented.  Other photos from the fashion show, tea reception, and bridal exhibits capture the essence of this memorable event which celebrated more than 60 wedding dresses and a wide array of wedding memorabilia spanning thirteen decades.
