YHS Sports Boosters Dinner Dance Fundraiser

♦ Tickets are $20.00 per person prior to March 10, 2012 and $25.00 at the door.
♦ Evening includes: dinner, cash bar, music (DJ), silent auction, and raffles.
♦ To Order tickets:

1. Print order form

2. Mail order form and check payable to "Yorkville Sports Boosters"

3. Once your order is received, you will be sent a receipt with a confirmation number via e-mail.

4. Pick up your tickets at the door at the night of the event, in “Will Call” fashion.

♦ Tickets are limited so hurry and order yours now!! To ensure that your tickets will be available, orders must be postmarked by March 6, 2012.
