Firefighters Battle Blaze At Yorkville Campground
Oswego firefighters responded to the fire, which also damaged an adjacent trailer.

YORKVILLE, IL — Oswego firefighters responded to a fully involved trailer fire at Hide-A-Way Lakes Campground in the 8000 block of Van Emmon at around 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Oswego fire officials said. It took crews around 10 minutes to extinguish the blaze, which also caused heat damage to an adjacent trailer.
Oswego fire investigators estimate the damage to the original trailer and its contents at around $5,000.
No injuries to civilians or firefighters were reported at the scene.
