Firefighters Battle Mobile Home Fire In Yorkville
It happened around midnight at Hide-A-Way Lakes campground.
YORKVILLE, IL — The Oswego Fire Protection District responded to a mobile home fire just after midnight Satursday in the 8000 block of of Van Emmon Road in Yorkville. Police said a trailer at the Hide-A-Way Lakes campground was fully engulfed.
An adjacent trailer sustained minor heat damage, officials said. Fire investigators estimate the damage in excess of $10,000.
No civilian or firefighter injuries were reported.
