Harpist to Play at Century of Brides

Organ, piano or harp Music, to reflect the time of the wedding dresses to be modeled, will be played during the Century of Brides event at the Chapel on the Green on Sunday, April 22. Martha Price, Yorkville, will play the 1916 Ellington upright piano or the 1899 pipe organ, and her daughter, Stacey Price Dahm, will play the harp.
Dahm, a native of Yorkville, studied piano with Gail Wright of Aurora and studied harp with Beth Hage of Yorkville. She has been playing for weddings and other events for several years. Music will also be provided in the Chapel prior to the wedding fashion show, which starts at 2:00 p.m.
The early purchase of tickets is a must to ensure entry to this event. There is limited seating, and only advance tickets will be sold. Tickets are available at , 101 E. Tickets are $15.00 each, for any age, and besides the fashion show in the Chapel, includes a light bridal type tea.
