Holding Hands for Hope - Community Event - Saturday December 10, 10:45 - 11:45 a.m.

Free event: unify around shared values of love, peace, acceptance, inclusion, kindness, safety for all, 11-11:15 am - join hands in circle

Everyone in the community is invited to join together at the Beecher Community Building at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday December 10 for a peaceful gathering to honor and support ALL the people in our community.

During the Holding Hands with Hope gathering, community members will join hands in a circle from 11 a.m to 11:15 a.m. to unify around the shared values of love, peace, acceptance, inclusion, kindness, and safety for all. From 11:15-11:45, everyone is encouraged to meet and socialize with those in attendance.

This community event aims to foster purposeful inclusion in an environment where all can feel safe, valued, and cared for. All are welcome to join this event.

This nonpartisan, secular event aims to respect the diversity of humanity, a diversity which includes differences in sex, age, race, ethnicity, and national origin, range of abilities, sexual orientation, gender identity, financial means, education, and political perspective.

This event is organized by Yorkville residents Anne Engelhardt, Jen Slepicka, and Rachel Engelhardt.
